About me

Hi, I'm Miruna — a Product Designer with 4.5+ years of experience turning drop-off points into conversions. I come from finance, so I naturally think in business impact — and I'm currently finishing a psychology degree, which shapes how I read user behavior.

I've applied all of this across SaaS, real estate, construction, and tourism, mostly on checkout and onboarding flows.

Before I design anything, I try to really understand the problem - not just what users need, but what makes sense for the business too and what are the technical constraints. Then I check that understanding against actual data - funnel numbers, behavior patterns, where people hesitate - before I even start sketching solutions.

That order is what makes the results hold up:
